The shareholders have voted with their feet.
This is an RTO if anyone is in any doubt. The new boys have taken over. The sh cap is now over 3b with the new boys holding control 51% effectively issued at no cost for "rights" to a project in the Philippines. With commitments spend on the project you can bet there will be massive CR and of course dilution for existing shareholders. This is why some shareholders have exited.
Those who choose to wait may reap some rewards down the line but who knows.
