Stipulation of existing BOD to put up as well, incl the teflonic one....with at least 2yrs of his * eye watering salary involved or out the door wit yaaaaaa. Anyways lets see some way forward but again the delay just shows more poor planning of what was not surprise news to mgmt unless of course they were asleep at the wheel.
