Go easy on yourself. I assume you made rational investment decisions (assessing risk, on a cost benefit analysis) using the information that was announced by management, formally and on Twitter. How can we ever know whether the provision of that information has been complete and timely? For retail investors, it is critically important that management takes its disclosure obligations and duty of care seriously.
