It's like they are scrambling around to find investors. Usually these things are organised well in advance and they just pull the trigger with the details of the CR.
If they don't pull this off they risk looking really incompetent. A month ago I would have said they were looking like a spec stock with potential. Now if I saw a notice of voluntary administration I wouldn't be surprised.
