More educated guessing...

1. Possibly, might only be for a few hours. If they flared over the weekend then management might want a few hours to tweak and check the announcement. So, they had to extend the voluntary suspension.
2. Alternatively, they've had an attack of the Murphy's and lots of little things are going wrong at the last minute.
3. They are ready to flare but have decided to make it an event, people are on route to Leigh Creek to witness it.

Reiterating, if something big has gone wrong (a show-stopper) they must inform the market. We haven't received such an announcement, so assume all is on track apart from meeting a few bumps in the road.

More patience needed.
