Funny how all the people that were saying previously that VEC would stay in suspension until after the EGM are now acting surprised that the suspension has been extended until ... surprise surprise ... after the EGM.

I agree that the company ought to have just notified the market on the last occasion that it'll stay in suspension until after the EGM so that the issue of shares to complete the financial close of the acquisition could be confirmed (again) by the shareholders. But hey, that's just talking sense
