the terms “significant progress” and “successfully complete negotiations with interested parties” are positive in tone.
It sounds better than “still searching for alternatives” or “seeking steps to wind up the company”.
not sure how you’ve learned that management are having problems and trying to spend the last money from that announcement... that’s called wild speculating. All I said was that the tone was positive and there is a little bit of hope, nothing more.
