From what I read on the KordaMentha proposal it looks like we come up with $4.4 million $4 million from shareholders and $400,000 (minimum from new investors) but 2 million of the total raised both from us and CTL goes to AUL for working capital. So in essence we pay $2 million for the result of a merged company. We will have good access to ore and the Morning Star plant will be running full time. On top of that AUL shareholders will be coming to the merger with 2/3 of the shares. I think this is a good deal for us.
