I would say this deal is the only one that could of saved AUL and the long T/H and further halt until the vote is counted is when the push for sp appreciation will begin with what lies ahead..

Further drilling with only medium finds would of most certainly been curtains..

At least we have a "can do" BoD that want to push hard to succeed

It refers to the two subsidiary companies page ii glossary....

Then read solvency statement page 12...
