Bango have been around since 1999, whilst SYT was formed in 2013 and only listed on the asx in July 2016...u would hope that Bango would be more progressed in the Mobile Commerce space than SYT given they have had a 17 YEAR HEAD START...generating the CORRECT perception is important don't you think...having said that SYT is making use of new technology and programs....

Thats a good point about the London exchange and investors already understanding that segment of the market. I think that the ASX market doesnt have the same level of understanding. A listing on London exchange may in hindsight have been a better idea...but the opportunity was in the reverse takeover in Asx...They may yet do a multi listing on another exchange....
