However the issue is likely to be the same as the Aktay one around payment terms/milestones ………………

Like the one that might start rearing its ugly head again in 103 days and be a noose around Gary & Rahul's necks until Syntonic actually receive the cash payment they are entitled to in any circumstances on 1st July 2020.

If they don't then the ASX will have no choice but to throw the book at them and I'm pretty sure substantive shareholder lawsuits will follow on from that.
