I find points 4 & 5 quite amusing. The company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted? How about the fact that they are insolvent?
The company is not aware of any other information necessary to tell the market about the suspension? So the fact that they have been spouting the same rubbish reason since the start of February and providing explanations for the delay is not necessary to inform the market, nor the deal they’ve done to sell the Atlanta plant?
