    This is what is going on IMO:

    SYT are currently undergoing a financial restructure and as such, the ASX will not reinstate an entity where they do not comply with chapter 12 of the listing rules, which impose obligations on a listed entity with respect to maintaining an adequate level of operations and financial condition.
