    Hey mate I'm sorry for your lost. If I can give you one word of wisdom, and that is learn from this mistake, take some time off. Refresh your mind, body and soul, and then jump on the horse again. And remember no one got rich taking gambles. Invest in companies, that make profit and pay dividends. They are the real deal. Everything else is just noise. Out of the 5000 companies on the asx, only 300 or so are investmentable, the rest are rubbish
