I thought it was clear that the creditor wishes to be repaid, although it was more implicit than explicit. The clue was that the creditor would accept a partial payment and refinance the remainder if the CR didn't raise the full amount. Reading between the lines, to me that says the creditor wasn't prepared to refinance without a partial repayment, with things as they stand. Perhaps I'm reading too much this time.

Anyway, if it was time the potential underwriters needed to see the value in the company, they've now had plenty, so hopefully the CR will go off with a bang on Wednesday!
