Keep in mind it is a Public Holiday in the US tomorrow with it's Martin Luther King Day.....so in the off chance the potential deal cuts across several Jurisdiction's requiring simultaneous announcements .....might have something to do with the ' Voluntary ' extension to the suspension. Add to that the fact that it may be a ' multi faceted ' complex re-financing deal . The NEW Tuesday date is also ahead of the release of the Quarterly's .....so will we see perhaps another extension next week as well ?
