Hi Gareth, yes, if it the "re-finance transaction" includes Chinese partners, Off take arrangements etc etc then could be quite complicated and involve multiple parties. What stage they were at when they first went into a halt could also be a factor.
Anyway, would give us more time to work out that cash balance, lol. Though should still get our quarterly report on time, hopefully anyway, give us all something to discuss in the meantime if they do extend the suspension.
