In regards to the qtrly.
ASX rules stipulate if not released within 1 month of the end of the qtr the shares are suspended.
The company can hold back and release on Monday Am with the Refi announcement. Perfectly fine.
If they request a further extension in suspension they dont need to release the Qtrly.
At that point when they do wish the suspension lifted they must have released the qtrly.
