If we see another extension - IMO , it will definitely be as result of everything that is happening is Quebec as well..... Because you have to state what the purpose of the re-financing is . Namely the amount which is brokered over and above that of what is required to simply pay out the existing facilities.
Not sure you can actually state that significant ' additional ' funds are solely for the purpose of Stage 2 ......then turn around and potentially sink $50 - $100 million into an M&A or JV......
