I just think the size and scale of PLS.ASX make it a far less risky investment. It was the smarter choice for astute investors.
AJM has breached all their debt covenants and PLS has not. AJM should have pulled the debt trigger same time PLS did. To me this indicates that PLS had a finger on the pulse while AJM management slept at the wheel.
A quick perusal of PLS's quarterly issued today may make you rethink some of those statements @JasmineTea ?
AJM have IMO done an exceptional job with product quality, production refinement and of course volumes shipped .... PLS would (again IMO) be wishing their productivity and spod quality were half as good as AJM at the moment ?

... If AJM sort out their debt refinance they IMO will have done better than PLS and GXY .... and let's not forget GXY had a war-chest of hundreds of millions of dollars throughout the same period - just sayin'
