Not surprised by the extension of the suspension.
AJM Management and board are looking to refinance at least 8.3c for every share on issue. Maybe more.
Its a huge deal.
PLS did not trade 5 days for an SPP and 8% placement to CATL which is small by comparison to this.
In regards to Shanshan im right in saying they are close to the max 20% before TO rules apply right?
With the leftover shares still to be taken up from the last SPP these may complicate things. Also cant piss SS off if another strategic investor was to become involved. Possible?
Next tues with the PH next Mon 9 days seems fair enough for such a large transaction.
An announcement later in the week would be a good sign.
