The information re imminent refinance has been strongly out there for 11 weeks since 02/12/19 ...
By my reckoning that is only 15 business days off a quarter.
.....and it has not traded since January 13.
That’s a long time waiting for a full stop to be applied?
Especially when you consider deals are often done behind the scenes before they ever come to the market’s attention.
Anyway I think the length of time out is significant and I think the halt might usefully be extended too - things only seem to be warming up for the sector despite Novel19Coronavirus?
