those three words are what i used 18months who to describe the fumbled delays, lack of communication and poor management.
There is evidence to suggest this was possibly trading while insolvent prior to the last raise. I don't see any out other then if the new substantial shareholder wants it too, otherwise they just torched the entire position in less then two months and one would suggest they will be out for blood and more then likely leading a class action.
so many questions for the Apollo boys!!!!
