Probably more SWAG than just WAG. AJM will easily reach $5 billion in gross revs as calculated. The point of projecting out to 12 years is to show what the bankers want to know....insurance AJM is viable and will be in business long after any loan is paid in full.
What would be the maximum new principal loan that would be considered "safe/secure? Alice might think $200,000,000.
Of course interest rate and terms are yet to be released except we have been told they are "reasonable".
