oh, thanks. For some reason i was thinking last day of the month regardless of day of week and can be the next business day.
In that case they will get a ticket from the ASX for non reporting. Mind you hard to be suspended when you are already in voluntary suspension.
They have only just been given Mining Entity Status rather than Exploration status which comes with reduced reporting obligations which would be of great benefit to them. Seems silly to miss the first deadline under the new entity designation.
