Supposedly the BOD gets to decide which rules, regulations and laws it should comply with accourding to some.
Voluntarily Suspended companies are still obliged to fulfil their legal obligations you would think.
Maybe the auditor wont sign off the accounts?
Thats a common reason for late lodgement.
