Hi Instructmba, yes that is possible, the last ASX releases occur at about 8.30pm every normal trading day (Sydney time). Anything recieved after that time will not get released until Next trading day. So it's feasible that if company wanted everything released on Monday together with a coming out of suspension announcement that they could have just held off submitting accounts until after 8.30pm.

I don't know if the reporting deadlines specify a particular time to have them in by or not or whether it's just a particular date. Anyway, most won't consider them "late" unless they don't arrive before open on Monday in my humble opinion.
