Announcement on February 12:
The Company is currently finalising all documentation in relation to the debt and equity agreements and
expects completion before the end of February 2020 and will keep the market updated accordingly. The
Company’s securities will stay in suspension pending finalisation of documentation and the completion of
the equity raising. Further details in this regard will be provided in due course.
