I suspected the virus has thrown a spanner in the works and likely at this stage, apart from the refinancing, they will probably need operational funds soon to keep things ticking over. Such bad luck with the lithium market oversupply, Chinese subsidy cuts hurting domestic demand and now a virus.

On a positive note, most folks are back at work in China now and their infected numbers are coming down (with the rest of the world making up the majority of new cases these days ..namely, South Korea, Italy and Iran). Fingers crossed they can contain it like China has managed to so far.
