    I think you'll find it is finalised - but the announcement has 'COVID-19' in it somewhere - the ASX are red-hot on querying any announcements that make claims around covid at the moment - so they have probably provided the full announcement to the ASX but just need to clarify or edit it to the standards required before release. (it may just be clarification - or a complete rewrite... who knows)
