I wonder why CGB doesn't vet their announcement prior to release...

I wonder why CGB doesn't vet their announcement prior to release to ensure that it complies with ASX rules? To think they have an announcement ready to make sitting on someones desk without proof reading prior to release is mind boggling considering their past record on this matter.

In my opinion all involved with running this company need some serious education in compliance measures, in other words go back to school and at least make yourselves look the part of being educated.

Being ignorant, or didn't know, just doesn't cut it, what else don't you know then? Why am I investing in a company of don't knows?
