AJM actually entered VS for the stated purpose of finalising changes to their financing arrangements with Noteholders.
13 days later it was announced that the Noteholders would waive key covenants and defer payments until October 31st; in effect giving AJM some breathing room to find a solution as it clearly did not have the funds to meet obligations.
More than 2 months later AJM remains in suspension.
If you think the company is not in suspension because of noteholders and AJM has just been taking it's time to choose the best deal from many offers already on the table, so be it.
