On the surface, looks more like a merger than a RTO with aligned business missions and synergies. At .0025, that would make it 3.125c after consolidation. With the proposed 600M shares on issue after the acquisition and cap raise, we would be looking at a MC of about $18.75M. That sounds a bit high to me, but at the .002c Hirsch paid, that would value the new cashed up venture at $15M. At the 2c (after consolidation) cap raise price, we would be at $12M all up.

Drifting back to the cap raise price would be equivalent of $0.0016, hopefully that puts a floor under trading up to the 1st of December.

very correct and good numbers . QFY has little choice but to accept the terms , albeit with good performance clauses which is good .
GSM got the better end of the stick with glass facias and a whole load of IP and an ASX vehicle .
