Yep, looks like that .001 to .002 is the fair value mark.
Hopefully it is the right time for consolidation. The big risk with consolidation is that it allows the price to drift further. Currently there is a price floor at $0.001, after consolidation and without good news to boost market sentiment, that price floor would be $0.00008 equivalent.
At least we're not being screwed over like we were by the QFY takeover of WHL. I think I got left with 53 shares in QFY after all the machinations, and I'm still not quite sure how that worked.
