Seems clear that EM1 are awaiting ASX response and requested an extension themselves. This doesn't mean the response from ASX will be what they want. I'd prefer to wait until Nov 15th either way.
As a priority in the meantime EM1 need to address progress with MTN, receipt of first payment ($30k invoice) and what future payment forecast looks like.
