Not quite right I'm afraid. There has already been significant damage to EM1's reputation (right or wrong) from an investor perspective and possibly that would flow on to users.
If ASX has elected to ask questions in detail around EM1's business model (and publish them) on the basis of rabidity of HC forums (which are open to manipulation by HC and posters) then there is a bit of a problem around where the arse covering begins and ends.
