Page 9 shows TIM Agreement (Impact Crowd Technology)
Emerge earns 64.5% of net revenue
So EM1 is paying 35.5% of net revenue ultimately for advertising its launch of miggster via TIM
Seems a bit high.
Also Page 10
Affiliate Earnings Structure from TIM product profit share - and the graphic that follows, this all pertains to TIM affilliates not EM1. Also its a load of gobbledy gook.
Anyways - Miggster Mobile to be launched 14th Nov so 9 days to see what happens there. It is tho, only the pre full version. Full version is miggster premuim to be launched Mar 2021.
(Theres always 'the next thing' on the way it seems).
