After reading that link its hard to see how EM1's BOD have acted in the best interests of shareholders when they have handed the rollout of their product - Miggster to another party or parties and these parties may not actually be able to offer any services within a number of countries. Certainly not in the US or Korea.
If Crowd1/TIM are only being used for advertising Miggster, then I assume Miggster is being rolled out by EM1 globally?
