Lodgement of a S713 “cleansing” prospectus , which ensures that the new shares issued will have no selling restrictions when Pilot’s shares resume
ASX trading; Settlement of Tranche 2 of the placement on 10th August 2021;
Reinstatement of ASX trading of Pilot shares, shortly thereafter
Pilot to finalise and announce the scope of the preliminary feasibility studies to be undertaken for its renewable and blue hydrogen projects, including the appointment of global consultants in the various technical disciplines required to complete the studies;
Finalisation of the farm-out terms with AET for the drilling of an exploration well in relation to the Leschenault Gas Prospect in EP416 and EP480 (previously announced)
