Looks like the deal with BARRICK is scrip and recapitalisation.
Barrick might take a 51% holding & put in a CN of $15M say with a tolling pre emption right on the mill ore
Otherwise a full cash bid t/o at 10c perhaps
Taking a long time as the terms are in dispute looks like.
Zijin may offer way more and then Barrick is stuffed & stranded.
Makes sense for Barrick to pay up fairly.
