I would say it's like being in negotiations, one or both parties want the negotiations kept confidential. Voluntary suspension remains in place until negotiations are finalised one way or the other.

Current Voluntary suspension ends next week, we just have to wait and if we get another extension or we finally find out what the future holds.

I will add that try is worth a lot more than the MC IMO, all that plant, infrastructure, extensive land holding, gold in the ground and not for get losses carried forward has value
