Events post June 2021 and short term development strategies.

*4DS had been able to repeat the results for each of the key memory characteristics (speed, endurance and retention) that were achieved with the 2nd non-platform lot.
*All 23 device wafers in the lot were functional.
*4DS had for the first time demonstrated fabrication of fully crystalline Pr.Ca.Mn.O(3) at temperatures compatible with advanced processes run in todays leading edge high volume memory NAND and DRAM factories.
*4DS had demonstrated that this fully crystalline PrCaMnO(3) material reduced the cell on-resistance by an order of magnitude compared to the PrCAMnO(3) material fabricated in the 2nd Non-Platform lot. This reduction in cell-on resistance directly translates into a significant improvement in read speed; and
*This significant performance improvement also means that full characterisation (speed, endurance, retention) of memory cells with this fully crystalline PrCaMnO(3) material requires memory cells operating in a memory array where currents are controlled and limited by access devices.

This important milestone in 4DS' technology development pathway allows 4DS to focus on doing the same for integration of it's ReRAM technology into IMEC's megabit memory platform.

On 17 August 2021, the company stated that a technical issue during the fabrication of the 2nd Platform Lot at IMEC affected all wafers and most test structures on each wafer. This technical issue had quickly been identified during detailed analysis and is resolvable going forward with no delays to current timelines.
Significantly, despite this technical issue, the 2nd platform lot still yielded some critically important results:
*The company had for the first time demonstrated scalability of its memory cell to the smallest cell geometries supported on IMEC's memory platform on 300mm wafers using state of the art process equipment.
*The company had also for the first time demonstrated memory cell switching using an access device which is a critical step for producing a functional megabit memory array.

4DS is finalising the production date of the 3rd platform lot with IMEC.This lot is expected to start in late Q3 2021.

The results of the analysis of the 2nd Platform Lot and the 3rd Non-platform Lot bring 4DS and its partners closer to realising their strategic objective of commercialising the company's technology.

There have been no other matters or circumstances that have arisen since 30 June 2021 that have significantly affected or may significantly affect:
*The groups operations in future years or
*The results of those operations in future years or
*The Groups state of affairs in future years.

Take from this what you will. The current suspension in 4DS Securities seems to coincide with the production date of the 3rd Platform Lot.
There seems to be quite a lot of positive momentum moving forward from all that 4DS has achieved so far.
