    My thoughts exactly, this cannot be the usual technical update at this point, but if it was a corporate transaction or something like that it would needed to be stated in the trading suspension announcements wouldnt it?

    Must be either:

    The Chipis done and ready to sell to the highest bidder
    HGST is taking up the licence offer
    Or the chip is ruined and we'll see you in 2 years time
