I've been counting on my fingers, looking at the dates in the calendar of recent announcements and my assessment is that they have PL3 fabbed and are testing it at IMEC as a minimum. They haven't told us that they have started because, well, they have form in that.

My assessment is it works because they have suspended trading.

IMEC is probably having their work peer reviewed within the organisation outside of the assigned development team - another reason to suspend trading.

It's good news, so they have to lock it down, because geeks who are passionate about something like this, as much as they try, aren't great at keeping a lid on things - encrypted messages to mates on Signal to buy 4DS - another reason to suspend trading.
