I'd love to hear what others have to think about these items, or perhaps other items I've not thought of that are "right now and tangible" issues. This does not include timelines or pipedreams. Just the information our BOD is sitting on right now that would pertain and strictly adhere to technical issues.

The specific inclusion of the HGST meeting in the last Technical Update was more than peculiar.

This meeting may have led to a conclusion the imec program was of no further use.

It may also create a need for further technical details to be released to ensure the BOD are fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities.
