After our meeting with Hgst they have had their input and basically said looks good, go to imec and fix up the issue you have a resolve for and we will talk. Imec and 4ds have agreed to run what was done last time but obviously fix the issue and have a fully functioning chip. Which would mean the design stage is basically negligible and they could punch out wafers within a month. Since then imec have said we did what you asked, it works that's all you need from us, go and do your own testing and report it. We have then had to ask for a T/H to test, and the industry and shareholders will not hear 3rd hand that imec have terminated.
