Here's a couple of things to throw in the mix


Interesting that back in March they renewed 12 month and now it just gets terminated? Suppose its part of the terms of the contract but why not just let it run through to the 31st of December??





Also in the last announcement there were a few interesting comments from Drs. Wilbert's quote that seem inconsistent with the time line of works. He states "The Third Platform Lot Production run moves the Company closer to demonstrating its ReRam technology in a functional megabit memory macro".

Why does it not state "The Third Platform Lot Production run WILL move the company closer".

His statement sounds as though the Third Platform Lot is already underway, not waiting till end of Q3 to start.

Its almost like at the time that it was written he was stating they already had the Third Platform Lot in with Imec and the issue with the 2nd platform lot had been resolved and was old news and they just had to wait for the Third Platform lot to come out to complete the mission.

This is then further supported by the odd shout out to all the 4DS Team and Industry Partners in the following lines:

"I would personally like to thank 4DS' management and our industry partners, who have under difficult COVID-19 conditions delivered important technical achievements in a timely fashion and within budget"

Doesn't this just seem a little out of place given the announcement states they still have work to do, the 2nd Platform failed and a 3rd Platform lot still needed to be baked and tested. Its the kind of thing you say at the very end when the deal is done, the race is won, its all over we're finished.

Again seems like in the background they are all clear the third platform lot is a done deal and this announcement is just a share holder formality to meet.
