Memory characterisation. Never looked it up before. Thought I sort of knew what it meant.


"Functional megabit memory macro". Would anyone mind advising what the significance of the word macro is here?. Or is it superfluous and they could have just said megabit memory?

The "Access Device" is required for tune-ability right?. As we're tune-able we need to be able to muck around with it?. How can you be niche and tune-able?.

Went back to the website explainers on DRAM/NAND and what's required to beat / be. More interesting (to me now) is how the roadmap ends and just says we're going to demo the MB and extract the data for buyers and producers to make their informed decisions. I don't know if DM's going to be sitting there palming his forehead saying guys - it's just there - read it. Roadmap = do that. Ends.
