    If you'd been to any agm's you would soon learn to take what the excitable Howard tells you with a grain of salt. To the point announcements have been made to reign in what may have been interpreted incorrectly during proceedings. Go through old agm thread comments and you'll be shaking your head at some of things attendees came away thinking after what they were told.
