Good morning Brab, interesting take & with some degree of plausibility, all things considered…

I agree it is all very dynamic with a lot of players each with pieces at stake.

Micron are quiet and Intel hide in the shadows at both WDC (Premier Alliance Partner) & Global Foundaries (Potential Suitor at one point)

The Global Foundaries IPO appears to have momentun and will most likely go through. In what form I don’t know but the appt of their current CEO to the board of WDC was no doubt strategic IMO.

And Global Foundaries currently supply to a number of mobile & automotive clients which is handy if you want to market and push your technology in that direction to begin.

Who really knows, no one… And on that basis I would not be surprised if another extension was sought come Monday, in fact quite the contrary if one is not.

I still firmly believe it all bodes well so I guess we shall see.
